A Visit from Blair & Julie

Blair and Julie are in town! I haven't seen Blair in over four years, and we hadn't really sat down and spent any meaningful time together in over seven. When he had a chance to come to town on business, he extended the trip so we could meet his new wife and have a chance to bond.

We met this afternoon at the Metro station near my office. We rode home together, when I learned that Julie eschews umbrellas. Whether it be on moral or practical grounds, I'll leave to her to explain.

We met up with Kristin and Clara and went to Pei Wei for dinner. We had a great time introducing them to one of our favorite new dining spots and look forward to a good weekend together.
