Clara is sitting on the couch flipping through pictures on my phone. Just a minute ago she came across this one from December 2008:
The following conversation thus ensued.
Clara: Wow, look at that.
Me: Yep, that's a pretty big mess.
Clara: It's not so bad.

she is awesome. I can't wait to see you guys more often. Clara and Morgan can get into trouble together. Tara will try and parent them and Alex and Anna will follow them around trying to do what they do. It is going to be great!
So Clara's "not so bad" and Mom's "disaster area" don't match up. Think of it as an important lesson to learn at such an early stage.
This information will be very valuable in the future. My parents learned at a later stage that Matthew's and my definition of a small dent in the wall and their definition of a large hole in the wall did not match up. But we were already teenagers then...
