A Keen Insight (Part 2)

Earlier this year, my father retired from 33 year's public service with the federal government. While visiting us this week he met up with some old coworkers for lunch. They had a grand old time - even the big boss came along for the meal. Something from lunch spilled over to a phone conversation later in the day which we overheard:

"It's the office policy on policy."

Government work. Need I say more?
