Melting

2:45pm. 92 degrees. No air conditioning. 14th floor apartment.

Death.

Tomorrow: 97 degrees.
The next day: 96 degrees.
And the next, the next, the next.

I don't deal with heat well. Can you tell?

What is UP with these cities that don't believe in air conditioning??

Catching Up

Well, not really catching up, more just sharing a few photos. I have two kids who will be waking up any moment now with requests for snacks, diaper changes, and general mommy entertainment. Hoping to have an evening free soon to do some mass updates from the past month or so.

A few Anna photos to begin with; these were all taken within a day or two of her two-month "birthday":

The poor kid has a big head; she spends her tummy time with her head stuck to the floor and her lower half moving like crazy. At her two-month check-up she was 24 inches long (above 90%), 11 lbs 14 oz (75%), and had a 42cm head circumference (above 97%). Don't think she'll be sitting up as early as Clara did.

Clara wants to be a supermodel:

No, really, she does:

A bit of the view from our elevator lobby (our apartment is on the 14th floor; more on that to come):

Wanting to be like Aunt Ashley:

Sisters "sharing" a bath (more like dipping baby in while trying to keep toddler from drowning her):

This happened the week before we left Utah. It's what happens when an unconfined Clara decides she really doesn't want to nap:
